Moroccan-born producer Reda Senhaji, better known under the name Cheb Runner, presents 80K, the second installment in Beat Machine’s TERRA TEMPO series. A direct tribute to the cultural heritage of the Souss Massa Darâa region, the release reactivates ancestral rhythms and translates them into a forward-looking electronic language rooted in place, memory, and physical sound.

Drawing from traditions such as Ahwach, Gnawa, and other interconnected practices from the Souss region, the EP preserves original rhythmic skeletons while reimagining them through modern production and club-oriented structures.

Across six tracks, traditional instruments and electronic elements collide fluently, where the 808 functions as a structural force rather than an accent. From the rolling pulse of Iznagn Engines and the evocative contours of Azn Oudrar to the spiritual resonance of Gn-Awa, the B-side expands the journey with the sub-heavy Afouss Adar 808, the atmospheric Tarwan Ganga, and a reinterpreted Gn-Awa by Guedra Guedra, layered with intricate textures and low-end pressure.

Moving between bass, world, and electronic territories, 80K reflects a deliberate balance between preservation and transformation. Music that carries ancestral rhythms into new listening spaces, bridging generations, cultures, and sonic worlds within a single, cohesive experience.

Meridian: A New Chapter by DAYKODA

DAYKODA, the visionary project of Italian-born producer and musician Andrea Gamba, arrives at a new creative milestone with Meridian. Over the past few years, Gamba has established himself as one of the most distinctive voices on Europe’s new musical frontier, and this latest single on Beat Machine Records pushes his boundaries even further.

The Concept: Shifting Perceptions Suspended between electronic music, experimental jazz, and beat music, DAYKODA's sound has earned international support from tastemakers such as Mary Anne Hobbs and Tom Ravenscroft (BBC Radio 6), Lefto, Laurent Garnier, and Nubya Garcia. Following his acclaimed album UNO and a tour that saw him opening for Thundercat in Milan, Meridian opens a new chapter. Here, music does not arrive to explain, but rather to shift and alter perception. Acoustic and electronic elements do not simply coexist: they touch, bend, and pass through one another.

Studio Dynamics & Raw Imperfection Mixed by Rick David at Pink Bird Recording Co. in London, the track retains something living and unresolved. The cracks remain open, the frictions are not smoothed away, and imperfection is not concealed. It is precisely there that the piece finds its true shape.

The Reference: "Forget Me"

Forget Me is the new EP from Italian collective and Beat Machine Records artists FUCK!LACRÈME. Closing the group’s recent EP trilogy, the release stands as a final statement where instinct, emotion and collective vision collide. The EP brings together individual sensibilities into a shared sound, filtering electronic and club culture through five minds shaping a single identity.

The Concept: Emotion vs Momentum

Forget Me explores the tension between physical movement and emotional expression, where instinct and collective intent guide the sound. As the trilogy’s climax, Forget Me shows FUCK!LACRÈME at their most exploratory, with each track balancing confrontation and conversation on the dancefloor.

Tracklist & Formats

The EP features distinct formats for digital and physical listeners:

“Forget Me”: jittery footwork, twisted basslines and fragmented motifs drive the title track, where dancefloor energy and emotion collide.

“Rabble Cannon” (Digital Exclusive): fractured rhythms and tense low-end form a visceral opening built for physical impact.

“Forget Me (NVST Temple Version)”: the EP closes with a hypnotic, ritualistic version, turning repetition, texture and pressure into a slow-burning immersive experience.
